He has extensive experience in governmental and HUD projects, audits, and consultation on all types of pension plans, including 401(k), Defined Benefit, ESOP, and profit-sharing plans. In addition, Dino has expertise in equity and debt financing, business combinations, revenue recognition, and complex accounting areas. He is currently a peer reviewer to review other California CPAs firms' auditing work. Dino Yue holds an active CPA license in California.

    With 15 years of experience in public accounting, practicing corporate and international tax services, and audit service, Yun's practice focuses on working with blockchain technologies, Software, Biotech, manufacturing, Computer hardware industries, nonprofits. She also provides tax compliance and tax planning service to high net-worth individuals and business. Yun received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from San Francisco State University and Master of Science Degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University and holds an active CPA license in California.

She oversees an accounting practice in the industries including construction, professional services, nonprofits, restaurants, and the food industry. Karin received her Master of Science Degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University and holds an active CPA license in California.
